Accessing the subconscious to heal what conscious thought alone cannot reach.
“Sometimes the most evolved souls take the most challenging paths.”
—Brian Weiss
Hypnosis is the practice of entering an altered state of consciousness—one of deep relaxation, heightened imagination, and suggestibility. Through guided imagery and meditation, you gain access to subconscious material that shapes your beliefs, emotions, and behaviors.
Hypnosis is not about losing control, but about reclaiming it. Deep within the subconscious lies the wisdom and memory needed to release negative feelings, resolve old wounds, and eliminate patterns that no longer serve you.
My work with Hypnosis is limited to memory retrieval, childhood trauma, anxiety, stress reduction, and ego-strengthening, and as an adjunct to therapy.
Protocols may include self-hypnosis, age regression, and past-life regression therapy (PLRT).
When a memory reveals fragments—body sensations, flashes of experience—age regression can help find the rest of the story. It can create a safe space for anxious clients who struggle to speak while fully conscious, and it pairs effectively at times with EMDR when finding a target has been futile using standard methods.
Hypnosis offers access to what feels “just beyond reach,” helping you uncover truths that talking alone may not reveal.
Past-life regression therapy (PLRT) uses a hypnotic-based protocols to explore experiences beyond the current lifetime. While unconventional, the mental health profession increasingly recognizes PLRT as an effective treatment when other modalities fail to bring relief.
Unexplained phobias, fears, compulsions, chronic symptoms, or dysfunctional relationship patterns sometimes have roots that feel untraceable in the present. Through the recollection of possible past life experiences, clients often release the emotional weight of symptoms and open pathways to healing.
I was first trained in Hypnosis in 1992, drawn by its use in both pain control and memory retrieval and age regression. During a regression a few years later, a patient spontaneously regressed into a life beyond the present, an experience echoed by the work of published author and psychologist Dr. Brian Weiss. Since then, I have found PLRT particularly helpful for unresolved trauma, resistant symptoms, and entrenched relational struggles.
I have studied the work of Drs: Brian Weiss and Michael Newton, pioneers in this field.
PLRT sessions are typically scheduled in 120-minute increments. Preparation and assessment are done in standard 50-minute sessions, as is the important processing work that follows. This structure ensures that insights uncovered are fully integrated into your present life.
